นักศึกษาได้ขึ้นทะเบียนเป็นนักศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลตะวันออกและต้องศึกษารายวิชาต่าง ๆ ให้ครบตามหลักสูตรปรัชญาดุษฎีบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการจัดการ
โดยมีหน่วยกิตสะสมรวมไม่ต่ำกว่าที่หลักสูตรกำหนดไว้และได้ค่าระดับคะแนนเฉลี่ยสะสมตลอดหลักสูตร ไม่ต่ำกว่า 3.00 และผลการเรียนทุกรายวิชาที่กำหนดไว้ในหลักสูตร ไม่ต่ำกว่า 3.00 (B) ตามข้อบังคับของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลตะวันออก ผ่านการสอบตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานความรู้ภาษาต่างประเทศสำหรับนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา
