Plan 1.1 (Research Mode 48 Credits)

  • Earn Master’s Degree in Social Science or any related fields to Business Administration.
  • Applicants should also have working or volunteer experiences in the field of Business or Management.
  • One recommendation letter is needed.
  • English proficiency no less than CEFR B2 Level or equivalent.
  • Other particular qualifications will be based on a specific announcement by the Graduate School in that particular academic year or has been approved from the Committee of D.B.A. Program.
  • Draft of Dissertation Proposal 1,500-2,000 words.
  • Completion of online application.

Plan 2.1 (Research & Coursework Mode 48 Credits)

  • Earn Master’s Degree.
  • Applicants should also have working or volunteer experiences in the field of Business or Management.
  • English Proficiency no less than CEFR B2 or equivalent.
  • Other particular qualifications will be based on a specific announcement by the Graduate School in that particular academic year or has been approved from the Committee of D.B.A. Program.
  • Completion of online application.

Exemption: Applicants who are citizens of and have been educated in an English-speaking country (e.g., Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, the UK, and the USA) are exempted from score submission. Proof of citizenship and studies must be submitted.

Graduation Requirement

All D.B.A. candidates are expected to:

Plan 1.1 (Research Mode 48 Credits)

  • There 1 required subjects (non-credit) for Advanced Research Methodology during the first year.
  • Students are required to pass the qualifying examination within the 6th semester upon their enrollment in the program.
  • Students also need to register for 48 credits of dissertation course.
  • The total number of credits for program completion is 48 credits, and must earn a grade point of no less than 3 on a 4-point system.
  • From the second year onward, students will concentrate on their research. Publication and presentation of their research findings at two journal (less than one international journal) are mandatory for graduation.
  • The final dissertation examination must be completed within 6 years upon enrollment in the program.

Plan 2.1 (Research & Coursework Mode 48 Credits)

  • There are 3 compulsory courses and 3 required subjects (non-credit) during the first year totaling 9 credits. Students must earn a grade point of no less than 3 on a 4-point system.
  • Students are required to pass the qualifying examination within the 6th semester upon their enrollment in the program.
  • Students also need to register for 36 credits of dissertation course.
  • The total number of credits for program completion is 48 credits, and must earn a grade point of no less than 3 on a 4-point system.
