Henan University of Economics and Law
HUFEL, approved to establish in March 2010 by Ministry of Education, is the outcome of a merger between former Henan University of Finance and Economics (HUFE, founded in 1983) and Henan Administrative Institute of Politics and Law （founded in 1984）. Located in Zhengzhou, the capital city of Henan province, HUFEL offers higher education programs in six disciplines -- economics, management science, law, literature, science and engineering, with an emphasis on the first three. In 1995, the university was approved by the government to recruit international students, and the first foreign student arrived at HUFE in the same year. HUFEL has currently three campuses, covering an area of 133.3 hectares, equipped with well-established facilities and good teaching conditions.
